Born out of our love of coffee, wine, and food, Brio will soon be the premier cafe/bistro/wine bar in the northern suburbs. After 11 years of growth as State of Bean and The Bean, Brio will marry the AM to the PM by offering fresh roasted coffee, breakfast, and a quick-serve cafe by day that will transition to a table-service wine bistro by night.
Featuring an ever-changing menu created by Twin Cities up-and-coming chef talent Kortni Ringwall (as featured on KARE11), in-house roasted coffee, over 30 wines, and 10 craft beer tap lines, Brio will offer tantalizing food & drink usually found only by driving into the heart of the Twin Cities. Brio will truly be "a taste of Uptown in your hometown."
